Going Green For A Week

Let me be the first to say green is not one of my favorite colors. I've always followed Kermit the Frog's theory that "it's not that easy being green." However living the green lifestyle can be easy and each of us can play a part on being good stewarts of our environment. So in honor of earth's week, I decided to change my space's color scheme. Earth day is really Tuesday, April 22nd . . . what "green" action do you plan to embrace?

So here I am. Arrived from my thanksgiving and vacation to resume work only to be rear-ended in a car accident. Accidents always happen an the most inopportuned time. Last weekend was my cousin's wedding and I was running an errand to pick up my bridesmaid dress. Now if wasn't for the procrastination of the taylor, I could have picked up the dress five days before the accident occured and while I was running other errands in the same vicinity.

Thus, no matter what deadlines I set for work, family, or this blog, things needed to be rescheduled. To borrow a phrase from the great "O," here's what I know for sure: No matter what goals you set, life still keep getting in the way and all you have is the present . . . might as well enjoy the moment. Gotta go - life calls!
